This End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the user) and the developer of the RYZHIX PORTAL application. Please read this agreement carefully before using the application. By installing or using RYZHIX PORTAL, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

The developer grants you, as an end user, a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RYZHIX PORTAL on your devices in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license is granted solely for personal and non-commercial use.

The user agrees not to do the following:
• Copying or distribution: It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or use any content of the application for commercial purposes without the written consent of the developer.
• Reverse Engineering: Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract the source code from RYZHIX PORTAL.
• Modifications: Users may not alter, modify or create derivative works based on RYZHIX PORTAL.

The User agrees that the developer may collect and process personal data in accordance with the RYZHIX PORTAL Privacy Policy. The use of data will be limited to the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

The developer reserves the right to make changes to RYZHIX PORTAL, including updates, improvements or changes in functionality, at any time without prior notice. The User agrees that the developer is under no obligation to provide support or updates for the application.

RYZHIX PORTAL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes no warranties regarding the operation of the application, its security, absence of errors, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. The user uses the application at his own risk.

The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits or intangible damages caused by the use or inability to use RYZHIX PORTAL.

This agreement comes into force from the moment you start using RYZHIX PORTAL and remains in force until terminated. The user can terminate the license at any time by deleting the application from their devices. The developer may terminate this agreement if the user violates its terms.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. All disputes related to this EULA shall be considered in the competent courts of Argentina.

The developer reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Changes come into effect from the moment they are published. Continued use of the application after changes have been made means that you agree to the updated terms.
